• Booking details: your name, email, phone number, the treatment and time you request, and any note you add.
• Account details: if you create a patient account, your email address and a securely stored password.
• Technical data: basic information such as device type and pages visited, to keep the site working well.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to manage appointment requests, contact you about your visit, provide your account and meet our legal and clinical record-keeping duties. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who sees it

Only our clinical and administrative team, and service providers that help us run the website and send emails, under agreements that protect your data. We share clinical information with other providers or insurers only when you ask us to or the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Appointment requests are kept while needed to manage your care and for the period required by dental record regulations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is stored with Google Firebase using encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised staff.

8. Changes

If we make important changes to this policy we will update the date on this page.
